The New Jersey Child Support Case Information application is the official child support mobile application for the State of New Jersey. It allows custodial and non-custodial parents to retrieve secure case information related to their child support cases. Users are only authorized to view a case to which they are a party and utilize a member ID and PIN to access the information. Non-custodial parents are able to make payments directly through the app using a Visa or Mastercard, as well as set up and manage monthly recurring payments. The app also includes case details such as: dependent information; obligations and arrears; payment history; schedule and enforcement details; genetic test results; and any intergovernmental case materials. This application gives the same information and access as the web-based Case Information portal http://caseinfo.njchildsupport.org.

Not updating payments in total amount due

Takes over a week to post payment so if you make it at the end of the month it adds it to the next month and you get letters saying you skipped a payment. Also, if you overpay so it applies to the next month it will show the payment on your ledger but still gives full amount when you go to make the rest of the payment. It’s 2020 I shouldn’t have to calculate myself what is due, the app should be sophisticated enough to do that for you.

Old version worked great-new one not so much

The old version of this app worked perfectly fine but since the upgrade I can’t view any of my case info, payments etc and have to go back to the website and look that way because the upgrade made this app useless.

Never had a problem before upgrade

I could easily go in check my account ..ever since I upgraded to iOS 13 app won’t open hope they upgrade the app to wor with new iOS sooner then later ..
