I am an enormous fan of the show, which is probably 80% of why I love this app. Jess and Whitney do chat a lot, but honestly that’s part of why I love it because I feel like I’m just hanging out with them. It feels less sterile than a typical workout video. I do wish there was a little bit more work out length which is the reason for the one star off, I feel like the warm up and cool down are So much longer than they need to be, so the actual work out sometimes isn’t even 15 minutes! (although for people who are very immobile, this would be perfect so keep that in mind. ) However the work around with that is just a tack on another work out, there are plenty to choose from, and I will continue to be a subscriber !

I loved my first workout in the app! I’m very much into intuitive eating and am trying to do things that make my body feel good. I realized I’ve been avoiding being active because it’s always marketed to lose weight when you have a big body like me. I also either see videos where everyone is super peppy the whole time and/or it’s people whose body’s and skill level don’t match mine. Not with this app!! I can see the standard version of exercises if I feel good doing those or try alterations that make exercises that I’m new to still doable and fun. Also the girls are real women, not just peppy robot seeming people, so I feel like I’m working out with real people who also get tired halfway through. I thought I was going to quit halfway through and still be proud of myself but I was actually able to complete a whole workout with the warm up and cool down! I feel like this app is a safe space to not be pushed language on burning fat ir losing weight, and to make all bodies feel supported. Not sure if the creators would ever see this, but if you do: thank you. You made my day and are helping me turn around my life, keep up your meaningful work!

I signed up with the cyber Monday deal and I am so happy I did. I have done a workout every day this week so far. I have signed up for several video workouts in the past, but this one hits different. The others are more high pace and I end up feeling lost and discouraged half way through. With Whitney and Jess I don’t get lost. I get an instant modification which means I am not having to try to make one up, and they go slow. If you are a workout expect this is probably not for you, but if you are someone wanting to get some exercise in every day, that needs to learn the moves and learn modifications for some of these moves, this app is perfect. The app itself is super easy to use. I love that I am able to cast to my projector. Thankful to have finally subscribed, I am not looking back!

Highly motivating and fun. Unfortunately it does not offer the confidence course, live work out, or live hang out with Whitney as was advertised. Not sure why they would advertise these three features and not offer them (for the first two months at least). We’ll see what happens in January. I sent an email to support asking and they said someone would get back to me but no one ever did. That’s the only disappointing part. Other than that, I do recommend the app as it will motivate you, make you laugh, and get you up and moving every day. The workouts are challenging especially if you push yourself and don’t rely on the modifications unless you absolutely need them. Jessica and Whitney’s energy go great together.
