Out dated

I’m glad there is a mobile app because it is relatively useful but it is very out dated. I use the USAA banking app, so I can only compare it to my experience with their mobile app. A few noteworthy points:

1. The fact that I have to actually manually enter a password, company ID and username and cannot simply use FaceID or a pin to login to my account without further authentication is a bit cumbersome and feels clumsy. The reason we download apps is for ease of access. If I have to complete a full login procedure just to use the app, then what’s the difference between that and going online?
2. The fact that I cannot access bank statements or any other important account info other than my balance and transfer funds. The thing that I love about USAA is I can legitimately do everything that I need within the app. The app serves as a tool for making my banking experience easier and more streamlined. The Noble Bank app does not. It’s not a terrible app, just very outdated and lacking “ease of access” features.
3. I have to sign in again to transfer funds from one account to another. This one is simply an inconvenience. If I already went through the 3-step process just to use the app, having to do so again feels like a clumsy mistake and an inconvenience.

I absolutely love being a part of the Noble Bank family! The app is not a reflection of my experience with the bank itself. I simply wish the app were more updated and useful. I hope this feedback helps and we can see an improved app that is more of a resource to its users.
