We don't modify the original photos in user's gallery, you can save or share the photos after remove exif in our app( for security reason only saved in your phone ). The copy of no-location photos also saved in our app( in recently processed photos ).
We use that design because we don't want to modify the original photos.
But thank you for give us this feedback, we will consider how to improvement it and make it more clearly for users.
Hello, please let me know which app did you use for open the photo and check location data?
Do not download
It will let you open the app and remove the Exif data from a photo however when you click share it will bring up a prompt saying it costs $1.99 Not worth it at all.
No exif view
The app has no way to check what data remains after removal. You have to take it on faith. Also app does nothing until you buy it. Quite simply a waste of money. Suggest looking for alternatives. I would like a refund.
