Device Access, Cloud Backup, and Notifications
NorAI supports one active device at a time for selected plans or access types.
NorAI stores required learner profile, learning activity, device, notification, subscription, and progress records in NorAI backend systems for account access, continuity, family features, device management, notifications, and data recovery.
Users or parents can connect personal cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, to back up and restore supported learning progress, app settings, and offline learning status.
Backup files in connected personal cloud storage are managed by the user or parent in that storage provider.
During signup, onboarding, or app setup, NorAI asks users or parents to choose whether to enable notifications.
NorAI sends learning reminders, progress updates, account alerts, service messages, app update, security, compatibility, and policy update notices where notifications or account
messages are enabled.
Parent mode, family management features, and parent-managed learner profile tools require an active Family Plan subscription.
With NorAI, users can:

Subscription Expiry
If your NorAI subscription expires, a 24-hour grace period applies. After the grace period, lesson images and progress tracking will no longer be available until the subscription is renewed. This applies to adult subscribers, family subscribers, and parent-managed minor learner profiles.
Audio access remains available after subscription expiry where the lesson itself is still accessible in the app.
NorAI provides scholar-reviewed Quranic Arabic learning content. Learning materials are reviewed before publication and may be improved over time.
NorAI does not provide tafseer, fatwa, religious rulings, or AI-generated Quranic meanings or interpretations.
NorAI is designed for educational support and should not replace parents, teachers, scholars, or formal religious education.
