Helpful, If Not Wrong So Often

Update: The app is getting worse. The AI is constantly getting data wrong, apologizing, and thanking me for correcting it. I'm starting to believe this is unsafe to use.Having this app ingest all my data across health apps and then create daily insights based on goals and patterns was immensely insightful and beneficial to my health. But, then I noticed it was getting a lot of things wrong: not syncing data consistently, and using the the right data with the wrong dates. After a while I found myself frequently having to challenge the app on its accuracy, eventually eroding my trust in what it was saying.

I really wanted to like this app but I've learned not to trust it much. The data that it syncs from my apple health is frequently wrong. Just now the report told me I haven't logged any data since Dec 28th. I log my food every single day because I'm on a cutting diet plan. It also frequently says I only got 2.6 hours of sleep. That's also not true and I do wear an apple watch to bed every night with the purpose that i can get logs of my sleep every night. Not sure why things don't sync properly. I sent an email to the team a couple of months ago and they responded right away but I'm still having the issues months later so I've slowly stopped using it :( loved it at first and the concept. I loved the daily and weekly/monthly summary reports but also noticed that after a few, the verbiage all sounded the same. I was able to predict what it was going to say, so it stopped feeling as helpful. Give it a try and see if it works for you though!

Nori is a great tool for monitoring your health and fitness goals. Ive used it for diet tracking, running form insights, general training load guidance. I love the daily and larger weekly analysis. You can clearly see improvements or any issues. And the ability to link all my blood work is awesome too. You can really start to see big picture. Obviously this doesn’t replace a dr or physio, but I haven’t found an app this complete, pretty much a one stop shop for all my wellness needs.

Nori is a great tool for monitoring your health and fitness goals. Ive used it for diet tracking, running form insights, general training load guidance. I love the daily and larger weekly analysis. You can clearly see improvements or any issues. And the ability to link all my blood work is awesome too. You can really start to see big picture. Obviously this doesn’t replace a dr or physio, but I haven’t found an app this complete, pretty much a one stop shop for all my wellness needs.

Nori told me that I get more deep sleep if I go to bed by a certain time. I haven't been able to change my sleep schedule on a consistent basis but im more conscious of the correlation… I think just checking nori daily and being more aware of how my actions have direct consequences on my health has influenced me to at least consider making better choices (gotta start somewhere)
