Wondering Where! ,

Mobile deposit

Tried to do a mobile deposit, but wasn’t showing anywhere to do it. Called support and they didn’t know and sent me to North’d National support. They had to then add it on my App somehow.
So I was then able to make a mobile deposit of a check, however, 1 day later it is still not showing in my account. I messaged twice about this and still no response. Not sure where my deposit went??? Better soon get a response!

Most faulty app I have ever used.

I’m so glad I moved out of the state and can go to a bigger bank. I love the actual Norry bank but this app makes me never want to have anything to do with them. It doesn’t work unless you have WIFI. It is constantly glitching out. I do a lot on Zelle from this account and now it won’t let me get into Zelle. Everything time I try to use this app it says there is some kind of Error! I log in-error, another time error with facial recognition, I get in my account error for something, another time error when trying to access Zelle. Ugh!! Such a mess! They need to scrap this app and make a new one. I feel like it was a high school assignment and someone decided this is what they will use.
