A 10-fold upgrade to previous version…
…but took 40 min. with phone support to get working. I got locked out several times and had to use new login ID with numerous passcodes. Phone support was courteous and patient while I jumped through hoops and over hurdles. Now it works with capabilities unsurpassed by other banking apps, including both personal and limited business electronic check deposits with camera app. Transaction access is for approx. last six months. Would be nice to get prior statement access and a longer period look-back. Maybe next upgrade.
The latest updated required me to enroll again in mobile deposit, which I did. Now it’s saying it “can’t access my deposit account at this time,” even though I can see all my transactions and other history in of the selfsame account. Tried restarting my phone to no avail.
