NorthStar mCare is a real-time mobile workforce management app available for tablets and laptops. Horrible
In the middle of a work order it kicks me out and says “reconnecting synchronizing data” My internet service is perfect, it’s this app. I have to resubmit my work orders over and over again and it is frustrating. I hope you guys can fix this problem because it’s been going on for over 6 months.
