Noted: Record, AI-Transcribe 4+

I've really enjoyed using this for note-taking and idea categorization as an ADHDer- inattentive type. I've been using Evernote for long-term information storage for years now but moved to find a better daily/weekly note-taking experience with a cozier aesthetic... Noted does that well.

One thing that is REALLY bothering me though, is that when I go back to a previous place in any note- like go back to a paragraph to add something else, the whole page shakes while I'm typing... and I don't always look at the screen while I'm typing but this glitch (for someone with ADHD brain) is almost intolerable! I can't focus on what I'm typing anymore because all my attention is going to the jittery screen with every new word I type. It's really distracting. I thought maybe it had to do with updating my OS or the app itself but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Any movement on this issue? I hope this glitch gets fixed because I really like this app and want to continue to use it but might have to use something else that is less distracting if not. Thanks!

I'm so glad I got the lifetime deal. This app has so many amazing features that other note-taking apps are missing. My top favorite (and the reason I downloaded the app) is the transcription. I've been using it to record calls and meetings and transcribing them. I love the hashtag feature as well. I love that I can set a different theme (the astronaut one is so cute). I also love that there's a shortcut on the Apple Watch where I can quickly record a conversation with the click of a button on my watch face. Also customer support is very quick and responsive! I don't know how many apps I've downloaded that seemed promising where customer support is non existent or the creator had abandoned it. So overall, I think Noted is doing a stellar job.

The only part where I would like to see some improvement, is the playback of recordings. Sometimes when I'm not in editing mode and just want to listen to a recording, I'd like to click on a transcribed part of the text to automatically jump to that part of the recording. What's happening instead right now is if I click on the text, it forces me into editing mode.

As someone who spends too much time on editing my notes with various colors and font styles, I actually really enjoy the simplicity of the app with the limited options of text customization.

However, I have 3 suggestions. (1) I wish that images were easier to put into the text. That is, I wish I could just copy and paste them rather than have to import them from my files. (2) I wish that the app could sync simultaneously across different devices so that I could be recording on my phone and taking notes on my laptop. (3) I also wish that the audio filters/changes I make would stop resetting itself every other time I pause the audio. It just doesn't stay put.

Other than these, I'm pretty content with the app. It has definitely allowed me to improve my note-taking during lectures.
