The Village of Norridge app is a free tool that allows users to communicate with the Village for non-emergency related issues using a mobile device. The app allows users to submit service requests such as street light outages, noise complaints, street repair, and tree issues by completing a form on their mobile device. Requests are automatically routed to the appropriate department for handling and users are able to track the progress of their requests using the mobile app or a portal on the Village website. Users are also able to stay informed of news, events, and receive notifications with the app.
