Disappointingly slow

I LOVED this app when i first started using it, but it has a longggg way to go before it can keep up with a freelancer’s brain. I’ve only been using it for about a month and it’s developed a 15- to 20-second delay for each keystroke! It’s like using dial-up internet; it doesn’t work nearly fast enough to keep up with my ADHD brain. Also, the feedback button on the app only allows you to email Customer Service if you use the Mail app on iphone, which I do not. It would be nice to have a Troubleshooting section in the app

Clearly, the developers have made a conscious choice to prioritize monetization over creating a product users actually want to keep. Do they realize how many potential loyal customers they're losing? Or perhaps they simply don't care, as long as the ad revenue keeps flowing?

What's particularly concerning is the pattern I've observed in other reviews. Many users have highlighted this exact issue along with others, yet nothing has changed. This suggests one of two possibilities: either the developers are using AI bots to automatically generate sympathetic responses without actually addressing problems, or they're simply collecting feedback and filing it directly into the trash.

I challenge the development team to reflect on their values: Is short-term profit worth sacrificing long-term customer loyalty and reputation? What kind of legacy are you building in the competitive app marketplace? Are you creating something of value, or just another disposable ad delivery mechanism?
