App bug needs fixing!

Hello,

After importing a voicemail file onto this app, the transcribing progress percentage has been stuck at 99% for over a day now, leaving me unable to edit, translate, or notion the file at all. I’d be surprised if the transcription process normally takes this long to complete.

Please fix this bug as soon as possible!

Great product but hopefully still evolving

Love this product, but - Still buggy on the AI summary generator. BUT - When the AI summary does work, though, it is EXCELLENT! I love the summary paragraph, chapter detail and action items. I can’t believe how it is able to make sense of even the most chaotic team meeting agendas!! Is there a way to have all new transcripts AND SUMMARIES emailed to me? Can’t find a way to automate this- seem to have to go to export or copy and paste commands. Other than that, which i hope will be fixed in future updates, this is the best product out there - even better than Otter (which does not do summaries or action items). Go Notta!!!

Inconsistent, terrible customer service and clunky business model

I loved the app and was a paid subscriber for several months. I was unable to access my account and they refuse to help me with the minutes lost. It also requires you to cancel your plan entirely and risk losing all your data in order to choose the same plan annually instead of monthly. Weird there’s no workaround on something with a service already so limited compared to its competitors. The amount to buy premium is not bad but I don’t think it’s worth it when factoring the very stringent customer service and lack of features.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. The transcription minutes are reset on a monthly basis and will not roll over to the next month. Please be assured that downgrading the plan will not result in data loss. We are developing the option for direct switch from monthly plan to annual plan. With this upcoming option, you no longer need to cancel the subscription before changing it to the annual plan.
