App is fine, iFollow is crap!
I paid to watch the first match this season against Bristol City (which I’ve still not seen), and the iFollow support team admitted to me in an email that there was a known glitch with the iOS app that did not allow you to sign in. You can ONLY watch the full match live or via replay in the app, as iFollow does not allow you to view it in a browser. But yet you can’t log into the iFollow section of the app due to the glitch. I asked them for a time table for a fix, and nothing. I asked them to refund me since I paid for a service they clearly cannot provide, and still nothing. Avoid attempting to use iFollow if you’re an Apple user, as it’s a clear waste of your time and money until they get their act together.
Launched too quick; bugs galore
I bought the subscription a month ago. I have yet to get the service I paid for. Initially I was bounced around to no avail by the NFFC office.
iFollow are now handling all customer support questions.
At present every Forest video redirects to Brentford FC.
This is really sloppy and although there might be a feel good factor about a professionalism finally returning to the club: the app is a customer relations disaster as it's taking $140 and delivering nothing.
Fans being taken for a ride again.
