It’s working pretty reliably now. hope for a better search engine and better categorization of the books.

I purchased the premium to be a pro member to avoid ads but even after purchasing I am still getting ads. (I contacted the support but never got a response back.) I like the idea and purpose of this app (thus the 2 star rating) but it’s very outdated, limited on what you can do on the app, and over priced especially for VIP.Edit 8/4/24 - the ads eventually went away after I had 1-2 weeks left of the month I paid for. No refunds either for it. Never heard back from the “support team” (if there is even one). A lot of novels don’t work either and said to contact the admin. I wish they can fix this or if there is a reason why those novels don’t work? - please explain and take them out. The app is very outdated and disorganize for example the categories are random novels that don’t fit the categories at all. Wish they had a “new novels” feature too. I would love it if they can fix and upgrade the app.I feel like the person or the people who created this app has completely abandoned this app.

I love the books but there are so many problems and they don’t fix them. The premiums don’t have any difference besides the price and now the premiums don’t even work and you still get adds. The costumer service don’t get back to you and they don’t seem to do anything about the problems. Recently the normal voice doesn’t work and for a lot of the books it only plays parts of each chapter. It’s not even possible to listen to a book if you only get the first 2 minutes of each chapter!

I’ve emailed multiple times I payed for the 15 dollar upgrade for no adds. It’s day six and I’m still getting adds with multiple emails asking to fix it with no response. So don’t pay for vip it’s not worth it. I’ll change my review if they actually fix it and refund me for the time that they have let me pay for nothing. I still wanna use the app but I want what I paid for!!!!!!
