NowNow is an excellent choice for online deliveries. Once an order is placed you are sure to get it fast and properly packaged. Improvements can be made in the pre- checkout process where a proper product information is required. Also thx search engine is not very smart and throws up some weird choices at times. The overall customer experience is very good though

What a useful service. That works very well. Delivery’s are consistent for the most part.

I have removed 2 stars due to the recent change in the payment system. Using Apple Pay has become worse with the new system. I don’t want to “save” my Apple Pay card details. It worked perfectly before. Now I’m stuck to using only one card. Please fix this.

If using Apple Pay I should have the freedom to choose which card I want to use like it used to be before. Revert to the older system.

Quick and easy to use app but the items shown are often not available. Replacement options are sent but issues with the selection of this. It is on a time limit and if you don’t action in time they just deliver the other items. Customer service also doesn’t action in time if you request help with the replacement because the app isn’t working. Would recommend only using the app if cannot get elsewhere.
