it’s a good app for the most part , i’ve been using for a while now , premium too . i just noticed that you can add live photo’s & view them as live photos in the app too which is cool . my only problem is that the cloud backup always fails & has been for months if not over a year . it’ll load all the way to 100% & say ‘ failed do to network issue ‘ & ‘ failed due to unknown errors ‘ in the backups log , when i know my network is fine . also all of a sudden i can’t add anything & its done this before . it’ll say it added & ask to delete original , but content isn’t added . if i can’t backup my content how am i supposed to delete & redownload if that’s a solution ? PLEASE HELP DEVELOPER , IM A MOSTLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER .

I am so grateful that it allows me to redownload the photos. It’s very easy to use if you simply want to store photos and videos. The social sharing photos part of the app is not wanted or necessary, but ultimately does not bother me. I don’t have the premium feature but I am very happy. The app does what it says it will do.

Go another route

I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. The app was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!
