In primary at North Whiting Field, the Course Rules are complex and contain a plethora of mandatory knowledge and procedures you must know to do well in your training. Do you want to get ahead? Do you want a way to efficiently learn the course rules as well as verify your level of retention and comprehension? This application does all of these things and will assist you to do your best on your journey through primary training!

This app contains 25 detailed diagrams derived from the depths of the Fixed Wing Operating Procedures (FWOP). They contain the various departures, arrivals, airspace, and airfield information that are essential to know when flying your hops in the T-6B. The diagrams can be used with an accompanying map underlay or as a vector diagram only for studying. The map underlay assists you in not just memorizing the information but placing it in a context thus helping with your retention as well as application while flying. Additionally, the app includes the course rules transferred into the iPhone map application so as to gain greater awareness of your location and surroundings in reference to the overall training area.
When you are ready, use the in app game to test your retention of the knowledge. Each diagram has the ability to activate the game. All the pertinent information will be covered up, you will be shown a piece of information, and you will be asked to place the various heading, altitude, reference in the correct spot. If you are wrong, it will let you know as well as keep an overall score of your performance. You can also choose a timer to add difficulty to your memory recall of the knowledge by forcing a time limitation to answer. A great way to add stress into your memory recall!
