NTFS Assistant is a simple utility to display all NTFS drives in one list, read access to NTFS drives, unmount/eject NTFS drives.
NTFS Assistant can also easily search & find the files (including hidden files) in NTFS drive. After the specific files are found, there are four operations: Open, Reveal in Finder, Preview, Get info.

This worked for me on Mojave. The installation is a little clumsy, and requires you to allow permissions in Settings:Security and Privacy. Instructions pop up during install, so you have to pay attention to the info in the intstaller screens.
I feel I have been lead into a trap with this purchase...
Installed, ran the app but it tells me there is ‘NO NTFS VOLUME’ while a connected NTFS formatted external harddisk waits to be interrogated! I am thinking that, yes this is my sarcastic tone, I should be able to read said NTFS external harddisk with this utility that “is a a simple utility to display all NTFS drives in one list, read access to NTFS drives, unmount/eject MTFS drives”.
Doesn’t “do” what it says on the tin!
Developer Response ,
1. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further analysis. 2. If you installed Paragon NTFS, please uninstall it and then try NTFS Assistant or iBoysoft Drive Manager again.
IT does works.
Just download the plug in from the dev website. It will prompt you to go to the link during the installation process.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
