In a time where social media is highly superficial and imbued with self consciousness and a presentation of unrealistic, idealized versions of our lives, I think that Nudge offers a fresh perspective on a social media platform. Nudge is about capturing the small, fleeting moments that we often take for granted, small moments we share with people close to us that may be far from special, mundane even. Yet, it’s those moments that are most profound and truly make relationships and connections more special. It offers an opportunity to see what your friends are truly doing, rather than being presented with over the top, idealized posts that fail to even scrape the surface of what someone is up to. Nudge presents an opportunity to capture memories shared with others at any moment, allowing one to be able to look back and bask themselves in those memories, recalling moments that make their connections and interactions with others so special.

Okay this app is genuinely so much fun. It’s an easy way to capture memories, like birthdays or dinners. As someone who often forgets to take photos, this is such a cute and engaging reminder that includes everyone around you. Because it’s only your friends, there’s no pressure to perform or redo a million times to get the perfect picture. You just get to enjoy being in the moment. 10/10 recommend.

I feel so much more connected with people around me with this app. I wish it was a little more clear who im sharing these photos and things with, but i might be illiterate
