Slow and history

App is very slow. Claiming and closing work orders can take a very long time some people just don’t have.
There needs to be a select all tab instead of claiming each individual work order. Again it takes a very long time to accept multiple work orders.
There is no way to search previous or active work orders. This would help in understanding what is going on if you are out of the loop

glitchy

works when it wants to. No smooth flow from starting a wo to closing it. Have to go backwards to get out of wo once it’s completed. can’t get into app, deleted it 3 times. don’t understand what information it’s looking for. locks up when submitting information. I waste a lot of time at work and now at home. Ask a few people who use these systems how they should work for crying out loud. A good platform will work for most locations, then just add location specific information. And the completion screen is really cluttered. If you want a new consultant, give me a call. DON’T KNOW who is doing the math on these ratings, I don’t see where all those 5 stars are coming from? Must be that new math I hear so much about.

Just gets worse

I work with this app for 5 months now and it just gets worse. Constantly kicked out, times out anywhere from 1-12 hours. I was using the app to put a picture in the work order and hit the save button just for the app to time/kick me out.

I’ve gotten a message that I was timed/kicked out of the app while still recognized by the app that I was still logged into the app.

If you like frustration and having the extra hindrance of trying to do your work while fighting an app, this one is for your company!
