Love this for getting the exterior clean. Major drawback is the techs use dirty rags to polish stuff, leading to micro scratches on paint and the center console of my car.
Saves so much time and effort, and it’s truly inexpensive when you think about the rice of the time you are saving.
That always leave the car looking great
Over promise and under deliver
We booked a car wash through the app in the morning. The timeframe was 12 - 5 pm on the same day. The appointment was confirmed through the app. However, someone called my wife after 5 pm and informed that they cannot come and offered a date a few weeks away! Two issues - (a) why did the app accept a reservation if the company did not have availability and (b) why did it take so long for someone to call and offer a date so far away? The planning and reservation system needs serious overhaul.
Hopefully the service would get better with time.
Best Mobile Car Care App
I’ve been using NuWash for a few months now and they’ve made my life a lot easier. Now the app made life even easier now that I can schedule a car wash from wherever I’m at. This is a must download app for anyone that hates keeping their car clean (especially if you own a black vehicle)!
