So she created the Hamaara Yoga method: a down-to-earth, balanced approach to yoga that's ideal for Millenials, Gen X-ers, and really anyone who's tired of yoga that feels like a fitness cult.
And that’s what we teach at Oak + Lotus.
Hamaara Yoga means "our yoga" in Hindi, because we believe that yoga belongs to everybody, and is for every body.
The mission of the Hamaara Yoga method is to take the intimidation out of yoga, and teach it as originally intended: a way of life, not a workout.
Hamaara Yoga isn't just a way to move your body; it's a self-care toolset for the modern-day grownup.

We offer Flow, Yin, and Prenatal yoga for all levels of experience and body types. We don't care how fancy your pants are or if you can do a headstand - we're just here to help you feel your best. All classes are available in studio and online via livestream.
