Worked very well but not able to reconnect to my account with a new phone.
The “forgot password” flow is simply not working.
It’s ok
Auto lock options DO NOT WORK. The app shows the option to turn the auto lock on and off and change the amount of time it auto locks. None of it works. The door always locks immediately when closed no matter what I do. Customer service suggested I remove the auto lock magnet. I do not want to remove it!! I stuck it to my brand new WHITE door trim. Now my kids have to leave my door hanging open when they take the dogs out so they don’t get locked out or remember to take a key fob. Same thing with bringing in groceries. Do not advertise an option if it doesn’t even work!
This app broke my lock
I’ve had this Oaks Blue smart lock for years now and had no issues with it. The new app came out, and I have been locked out of my property ever since then. Emailed customer support, with no response. Guess I’m gonna have to destroy my own lock just to access my property. Whatever update they made, it makes my lock only respond “the lock has been reset” and flashes the numbers “1,3,5,7,9” whenever I put in the passcode. Tried all the passcodes, none of them work.
