The new Paychex Oasis Employee Connect app provides improved stability, speed, and additional content. Major enhancements include Face ID® authentication and language preference options for select content, as well as the ability to request time off, access to e-learning, and ability to view or enroll in benefits.
Ratings and Reviews
Workable but annoying
Does not support FaceID. Fingerprint setup on a phone with FaceID just kills the app.
Basic sign on is fidgety. Bring in a saved user id and password from phone password store doesn’t paste in until you also touch in the two fields after selecting an account - and you have to touch both user and password field even though they both appear to fill in completely.
Haven’t explored the app fully but given these two basic integrations of any well written iOS app are already problematic, not holding out much hope here.
Can not update password
Keyboard does not come up when trying to reset your password. Tried on several devices with various versions of this app. Not good!
Complaint!
I forgot my password and tried to reset it and I wasn’t able to. The system just kept kicking me out. I was actually trying to use it to show a car dealership my paycheck stubs through the app. Being that I wasn’t able to get in couldn’t show them the check stubs I wasn’t able to get the car. Very disappointed in this app!
