Unable to use

Have yet to access my points to use for purchases. Now app won’t even open. This seems to be the only method for using points

A total waste

I used to absolutely love this line of products. I am not so happy anymore - with the products or this points program. There is a very limited amount of products available for redemption of points on this app. I also think that there are a lot more options available on the market today that are actually higher quality and more affordable.

Low supply of products

This used to be a great app, but all of the products I’ve been using are never available for redemption of points! (I have 800 loyalty points I can’t use) I think they may be trying to direct you into using their new line? Unfortunately I’m sticking with what works. If supply becomes a permanent issue I will be looking for another line.
