OBD JSca‪n‬ 17+

The app works great. I was able to change tire size, TPMS, gear ratio, and a few other little things on my 2008 JKU in just a few minutes. Very easy to use, and a super buy for the money. I am using the Vgate iCar2 WiFi obd adapter. When I first hooked it up I could not get my Jeep to accept changes. I messaged the developer and he responded in 10 minutes. They were working on an update for that particular adapter, and he said it should be fixed in 48 hours. An update with the fix was available in less than 12. The only thing that could possibly be considered a “con” is that if you turn off the Jeep or if your phone goes to sleep, and you lose connection you have to close out the app and restart it. I simply set my display time-out to 5 minutes while I was working on it. I cannot recommend this app highly enough!!!

Let me start by saying that the app works well. It’s easy to use and the demo version will show you what it’s capable of doing. Just know it does exactly as described. However this is not about the app itself, but more about customer support. I messaged them on FB messenger with questions about my situation in particular. I got an automated message immediately that was followed shortly thereafter by super down to earth and friendly support. Even in a Sunday they responded. It was as if you had a friend that knew everything about cars and the app that you could reach out to. Get the right OBD reader and download this app. Stop searching. You won’t be disappointed.

Best OBD scanner, small price to pay for being able to read/delete codes. My family has three Jeep JK’s and I use this app for them. All three are set up different, used to diagnose, recalibrated when I reheated to 513 gears, have changed tire size and now don’t have to worry about my speedometer being off. Just deleted my Rubicon sway bar disconnect light from blinking when I changed to the EVO Ni Limits manual sway disconnect. Can’t say enough about this app....I registered all 3 Jeeps on my phone and have no problems going from one to another. Get this instead of paying way more for a scanner, it’s a no brainer as far as I’m concerned
