OBD2 Torque is an application for vehicle diagnostics to OBD-2 standards, communicates with an OBD2 / OBDII / ELM car interface device
Steps by steps:
1. Plug ELM327 WIFI Scanner into vehicle's OBD2 port. (Port is usually found on the driver side dashboard under the steering wheel.)
2. Turn ON ignition. (This is one step before engine is powered.)
3. Launch your App. Click "Settings" for scan list OBD2 device and select correct your OBD device for diagnostics. (default is 192.168.0.10 or 192.168.0.123)

Does not work
This is a straight up theft. You have to give it 5 stars to start it and then it does not work at all. It is a theft, plain and simple. However, it also connects to your network so who know what kind of thievery it does there. Apple should vet better. So bad
Not good
As many others have written, an app that requires a 5 Star review before it will open, it it opens. Apple, how can you allow this? By the way, this type of action is extortion and Apple is an accomplice to the act.
Good product
I have used this product for several years on multiple vehicles and is just great. The unit I use is the paid app.
