Confirm button doesn’t work(*Update)

After choosing the destination on the map, discount page shows up to choose among available discounts but the “confirm” button doesn’t work as a result cannot proceed any further with the ride request something that makes app completely useless!
(*Update: problem fixed, app working fine now)

Branding needs improvement

Very good service from the drivers, no issue for bkash payments unlike Uber.

Drawbacks: 1) maps are not up to date. New places found missing is some cases.
2) PROMOs are which are not related or already used and can’t reuse is provided through push notifications continuously. So after seeing the push messages when i try to add them, showing already used (i.e. Obhaistart etc)
3) customer service regarding fare dispute resolution needs to be improved.

I love their service.

I have been regularly using obhai in Dhaka city. I would recommend everyone for CNG. Although there are some minor bugs but which would improve in future.
