Fun addition to learning!

I use this app with a student who is blind, to work on directionality. She enjoys playing the games and the sounds it makes. The only problem is the interface does not work with voice over turned on. It continues to notify you that it is a direct touch area, even after direct touch has been engaged.

Way to learn!

I noticed that most of the reviews were written over a year ago. Try OED now. There have been many improvements because when you speak with them, they will change things and make them work. I believe OED is the perfect way to incorporate fun into learning orientation and mobility, learning directions, sound localization and swiping.
For older students, the use of a refreshable Braille display blue-toothed to their device enables them to take quizzes and read short articles. Teachers can emboss questions or short quizzes which are used as overlays calibrated to the screen. OED makes it fun and easy!! Our students, O&M, science and daily living skills teachers all use it.
I give 5 stars because we asked for changes to make the app more accessible for our students and they did it!

Excellent teaching tool!!

I have several students of varying abilities that I use this app with and it is so useful with all of them! My favorite part is that, for a couple of my students, it’s one of the only learning activities they can now do entirely independently. I can even use it as a reward after they do their regular work, and they’re actually still working on IEP goals! Highly recommend!
