Obsidian is a low-impact and high-intensity workout designed to get you results fast! You won’t get that jarring to your joints like you would doing burpees, running or jumping. Obsidian is different than other workouts. You are moving and working side-to-side instead of traditional exercises which is front to back hitting those accessory muscles. Your body will respond to this new movement and help you be more efficient in your day-to-day activities.

It’s your workout! You will always be challenged so you won’t get bored or plateau, but take modifications as needed. It is highly recommended to start with the introduction and beginner workout series so you will be familiar with the most popular exercises and modifications. Don’t be afraid of the unstable surface!
