Ratings and Reviews
Good, but one problem
Works fairly well, but seemed to have a problem with telling me that their vans were full (and not letting me book a ride) when they were actually completely empty after I was finally able to get a ride.
Otherwise good service and good drivers.
I am disappointed with this service. For me it’s not working as well as I hoped. At first ( back in November of the last year) I used it twice and was happy, but after that things changed and not for the better. Whenever I needed a ride I pay $4.50 for the pass (that should be valid for the entire day) however, in my experience it was valid for only one way trip to somewhere but on the way back OCFlex was never available so I had to use Lyft or Uber. It already happened to me 5 times so I can say that OCFlex is not reliable!
So cool that OCTA offers an on demand transit service. Love the app and hope to see more zones coming soon.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
