Good, but one problem
Works fairly well, but seemed to have a problem with telling me that their vans were full (and not letting me book a ride) when they were actually completely empty after I was finally able to get a ride.
Otherwise good service and good drivers.
I am disappointed with this service. For me it’s not working as well as I hoped. At first ( back in November of the last year) I used it twice and was happy, but after that things changed and not for the better. Whenever I needed a ride I pay $4.50 for the pass (that should be valid for the entire day) however, in my experience it was valid for only one way trip to somewhere but on the way back OCFlex was never available so I had to use Lyft or Uber. It already happened to me 5 times so I can say that OCFlex is not reliable!
I love the OC flex, has been a life saver so many times that I use it for school transportation to work and to school. The drivers are very nice and professional. Yes the wait time could be better but that’s only because of traffic and stuff. Although they do have a bit of bugs on the app when it says it’s busy and full when really it’s not. What I just found out is they plan cutting hours on Friday and Saturday nights!!! PLEASE DO NOT CUT HOURS. There are others apart myself that use the flex
From getting out of school or work and need a ride home so please don’t cut the hours and keep them how it is.PLEASE also get more vans as well since you’re opening zones I feel it would be a lot better if you had a lot more vans out. Once again I love the flex and the drivers but a girl has to get a ride home at night so please don’t cut the hours!!!!!
