OCD help

I personally suffer from ocd and so does my husband so this has been a great help at learning what common triggers are and ways to cope with them. It also taught me things about my mental I’ll was that even I didn’t know. It’s a great recourse for anyone who suffers from ocd or knows someone who does so they can learn and understand.
