Thumb option don’t work on my iPhone 6 Plus but the app is easy to use so far.

CIMB Bank PH after VERIFYING my account, blocked my accounts containing my money with NO CLEAR reason. They just told me to withdraw my funds and I obviously cannot do that due to quarantine measures. I even have a PENDING cash-in and I have no idea where the money is now. Not to mention, the transaction fees I had to PAY.

First they mishandled my money, second they’re asking me to go outside and withdraw cash??? Aren’t we supposed to be going cashless especially during this pandemic?

DO NOT TRUST CIMB BANK PH. You will just end up losing your money rather than saving it.

Its Okay.

The app is fairly ok to use. UI can be improved. Very basic feel in the app. Downside is the unavailability of Instanet. Only pesonet js available for transfers which is a bummer considering they are an online only bank. But if its not for day to day transactions, then its okay. I wont change to CIMB as my main acct just because of this.
