Introducing detection of biometric signatures changes: when this feature is enabled by the administrator, the mobile app checks for changes in biometric data with every authentication request. If changes are detected (e.g., Face ID added), the app blocks authentication and sends a message to the Octopus Authentication Server to disable the mobile authenticator.

Waste of time
Recently we change from Duo to this Octopus app, honestly it’s been a disappointment, specially because with Duo I was able to log in thru my watch.
This app gives you the option too, with the difference that has glitches, 90% of the times the watch does not work and it gets annoying doing it thru your phone. Doing it from the watch makes it more efficient.
Inefficient
Worst 2 factor authentication app I have used. Cannot accept request from phone Lock Screen, and even worse every time I open the app it asks me to activate Bluetooth even though it doesn’t need Bluetooth.
Octopus Authenticator watch app needs improvement
The Apple Watch component doesn’t work nearly as well as its Duo counterpart. The screen is stuck indefinitely at “Loading…”
To complete the unlocking sequence, must manually launch the Authenticator Watch app before the prompt is presented to accept or reject the connection request. This needs to be fixed.
