Love the convenience of just logging onto the app just to get my balance! Before the app, I know it’s such a hassle to call monthly just to get the balance as if ya’all wasn’t busy enough, and since the app, I haven’t called anymore! Thank you! And keep up the good work! And stay safe & God Bless

The app is very easy and convenient. I’ve noticed great improvements on the picture taking of a check to deposit. E Statements used to be impossible to find. So glad you took away the part where we had to put the dates in! That did not work. Cons- bill pay is still tricky for new users. Took my a long time to see those 3 little dots to press to actually get to bill pay. (When you’re on the bill pay site, it looks like you can make a payment there, when you actually have to press the 3 dots to get there. ) Also I had to call to figure out how to make a payment on my visa. I forgot that OE refers to it as a loan.

Thank you for the 4 stars and the feedback! We're always trying to make improvements to ensure mobile banking is a simple as possible (money management shouldn't be complicated!) So, we're glad to hear some of these improvements are working out for you.
As for Bill Pay and making a Visa payment, these are excellent items to bring to our attention. We'll pass your comments along to help further improve the mobile app experience and hopefully reduce some confusion.

I really like operating engineers federal credit union but I feel like sometimes they’re under too much maintenance and always shutting down for what ever reason... there has been times their app and online won’t allow me to login because of their system error. He gets really frustrating but I wouldn’t want my money somewhere else I would definitely want my money to go into a better system than what they have now

Thanks for being part of our OE Federal Family! While we do have occasional scheduled maintenances for Online and Mobile Banking, they don't happen too often and we try to keep them to late nights or early mornings when fewer amounts of people would need to access their account.

If you're having issues logging in, always be sure to check that your app and your mobile device have the latest update installed. If you're on your desktop, make sure you're using an updated, compatible browser. For instance, Internet Explorer is not compatible and will give you issues when trying to login.
