How to play:
1. Split into Two Teams
2. On the team's turn, select a player to be the describer.
3. The person of the opposite team will look over the describer's shoulder and make sure none of the off limit words are used. Off limit words are considered forbidden and should not be used. Any time any off the off limit words are used the user must skip forward.
4. When the time starts, the describer will begin describing the guess word to their team and will continue for each guess word until the timer runs out.
5. Enjoy the game

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your Apple Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Apple Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Disappointed but understanding
I paid for the ad removal a while ago and have enjoyed playing this with my wife for many years. I opened the app today only to find out it’s now $4.99/week and apparently my previous payment meant nothing. Hope this can be resolved!
Update: the developer contacted me and helped find a temporary solution. Still don’t like the subscription model (especially $4.99/week, that’s steep) for this type of app but can understand that’s where most services are going now days. My wife and I play quite often and have enjoyed the app for years!.

Recommend, need more “variety”
I pull this game out a lot, we don’t do teams and score it’s just fun to pass around and take turns guessing. I even paid the $1.99 or whatever to get the ad free version. I’ve had a lot of people ask me what it is so they can download themselves.
My ONLY complaint it’s the list of words doesn’t update (or updates rarely?) so if you play it too much you get super familiar with them and it loses some of the challenge.
There are a ton of different apps that are a version of Taboo/Tabu, but my roommate says she can’t find one she likes as much as this one!
