- Display meeting room schedules at the door of each room
- Highlight meeting space availability with visible room statuses
- Bring branding and personality with background images and logos to each room
- Eliminate ghost meetings by confirming that each meeting took place with check-ins
- Set smart work hours: Display screens dim during hours no one is around
- Lockdown the display: Keep the app on screen and prevent unintended use

Once you go into a room in the app the instructions they give you to go back a screen don’t work...
