Pretty frustrating how hard it is to listen to one of these games on the radio broadcast. We were driving home from somewhere, and we’re really excited to listen to it. Although every link we have tried to use that is provided does not work. And especially if you live out of town, you guys make it really hard to watch or listen to these games. Especially when it’s already hard enough to continue caring about this team. That’s been a disaster for a long time, it sure feels like the fan experience is pretty poor at this point. I know you don’t care, and this message will probably never reach anyone who has any ability to actually look into this. But I figured I would at least let you know what drove one of your longtime fans continuously further and further from wanting to spend any time, money, or energy, trying to follow this team. I did try to tune to today’s game, but unfortunately there was not a way to do that that actually worked.

I’ve been a fan for over 55 years and it doesn’t really matter about the App. It is about a team that has not been to the Super Bowl in almost 50 years, have not been to the playoffs in 7 years, and were embarrassed at home in front of us fans a couple of weeks ago against who we thought was the worst team in the NFL. We want a competitive team that plays hard and entertains us, all they’ve done this year is embarrass themselves and make it miserable to go to their games. Not to mention the expense of these tickets to watch a team “mail it in”. So you can have the greatest App in the world, but we want a real team, real coaches, and ownership who demands nothing but the best. After all of these years we deserve it!

This app is great for Jets fans. It has all the official Jets info wrapped up into one app. The User Interface is slick. However, there is a Verizon Terms of Service that pops up when you first install it. Even if you are NOT a Verizon. Subscriber. This is weird and uncomfortable. There is also a App Feedback screen that requires you to add you seat and section number. Not sure why they require that but seems fishy. It will be interesting to see how the app works in the stadium. Reception in the stadium is atrocious, so I hope they upgraded that during the offseason - which they should based on their outrageous ticket and concession prices. Still. I don't think it would prompt me buy a season ticket when I can watch at home on a big HD TV with friends... Anyway, I digress. Great app, but weird TOS and feedback requirements.

I am a season ticket holder of 4 seats in the coaches club . This policy of Downloading tickets from the app is a terrible experience I don’t understand why as of now at 11:51 pm on Saturday Dec 11 I still cannot download my tickets for tomorrows game against New Orleans and this has been a constant problem all year .I hope this problem does not persist because if it does I hope the NY Jets will have the decency to refund my money for the game if I am not able to download the tixs.

I love this app. It's got great articles, and doesn't seem to pay any attention to all the negative Media Ridiculousness that is all over other sports news outlets.What is the issue with the GPS? I didn't know this app even used GPS. I'd like to know though because my battery doesn't last long, but I thought that was just because it's my work phone and I'm always on calls and checking email. If someone comments, please let me know. Otherwise, great app. Please add in some downloadable wallpapers etc...

When I first got the app, I loved it. It helped me eat sleep and breath jets. Since the update/downgrade, the video has a problem playing only the first couple minutes, before it backs out and I have to restart the video, at least half of the time. The ads that pop up are fine since it's free, but fix it to where when I touch the button to mute, it actually mutes. It takes too long to load the news tabs and after a log enough period, I usually get a little agitated since I select a different tab to see if it froze, and after a few seconds it goes to the second tab selected, so I have to tap news and wait again.
