It’s very difficult to maneuver to see where your purchase tickets are, and there are many glitches that sometimes the app will not sign you in, even though you are located in West Virginia. There are also problems with the games that do not open in the app I tried purchasing a a lot of ticket and it was just blank, along with some of the quick games

When are you going to take complaints seriously? Responsible gaming lacks, you can only set for 30 days anyway. And do you actually believe that a handful of people could actually have a string of bad luck for a whole month no I find that unbelievable how about you? A lot of us have already came to you so what are you gonna do about it? They say fair gameplay we say something else when you contact customer support they argue and tell you, your security answers are wrong. When you have your security answer. Screenshot it beside you. They make it impossible to get a hold of someone do your job and investigate these people. They’re just scamming people in the in a platform is not fair play maybe fair play if you put in hundreds of dollars I would bet so. I’m posting here so others who have also had this experience can also see this because I’ve filed complaints on your website on the complaint form and filed with the appropriate people and nothing was done.!

order minimums and worse than jackpocket

This app has order minimums! it works just like jackpocket in that you have to deposit so much money and then you buy lottery tickets fromthat pool of money. However, on top of that there is a 5.00 minimum. That means if you go to buy a power ball you have to purchase at least 3 tickets if you don’t use powerplay.I tried to switch because i was unhappy about jackpockets combine with draft kings where draft kings was doing shady stuff to sports betting winners. This app however is barely usable and has order minimums. i’m not sure which is the most untrustworthy now.

I understand this is a gambling app and a lot of it is luck. But let me say the payouts on this app is absolutely awful. This is the only app I’ve ever done where I can deposit $10 and do $0.50 spends and not even win a break even prize. They show the odds of the game being a win every one and four but when I do 20 spins and not even win a break even prize does not begin to justify those odds.
