* Realistic sounds, and smooth animations

The cards are drawn 100% randomly and nothing is done to give the AI any unfair advantage whatsoever.

The AI learned by playing hundreds of millions of hands against itself (starting completely randomly and gradually improving). To test it I had it play online on real money holdem tables and it could hold its own. It plays better than I do myself.

For those users that are whining about the app being rigged against them, you should probably recognize that you don't really know how to play poker very well and that you don't have a real understanding of statistical variation.

If you are unable to beat the AI and feel it rigged against you, please let me know if you play anywhere online for real money. I myself (the developer) am a less than average poker player (I lack the required patience), but I am sure I can beat you.

Contrary to what the “featured” review says, the game does not cheat lol... I have played this game casually for a very long while now and it’s by far the most relaxing Holdem game around. I’ve been able to gain several thousand just playing the $100 table and there’s a clear strategy and pattern to how the AI plays.

If you’re not bright enough to figure it out, you should stay away from real life poker by all means... you will lose...badly.

If your IQ is higher than 70, you should do fine.

Rigged but beatable

The games are rigged. It lets you win a couple of games, then it starts beating you and taking your chips.

It's an easy opponent the first two games, but then it becomes the best card reader on the planet. Not only does it start getting better hands 80% of the time, but when you finally get dealt decent hand, it conveniently knows when to fold and when to bet. I'm not kidding. The more hooked you get, the more the app will play you.

That being said… you CAN outsmart it. Buy about 20 thousand chips, but do it just once. Every hour, it lets you get 200 chips for free. Take advantage of that. Fill your bank with chips by getting 200 every hour. Be strategic with your playing schedule. If you're winning, continue playing. If you lose, leave and come back four or five hours later. Don't forget to collect your 200 chips every hour during that time. I've had this app for four years, and I've only purchased chips once. Just remember to keep a level head.

So many bad beats and suckouts. All the ai fold when i min bet preflop with a super strong hand but if i min bet with an ok hand or bad hand some will stick around. The ai seem to know if i have a good hand or not even if i put out the same info. Also they will never put in any money if you bet and they are bluffing. Either they bluff all the way and you call/check behind or they instantly fold. The ai is predictable but it is tough to get ai opponents to play hands and also to get them to continue hands when they have nothing. Never seems to semibluff. Not a fun opponents to play against, super tight. To beat the ai play super tight, almost air tight and then chip away at ai in heads up or 3 handed by min betting preflop and getting them to fold and continue if they will call and you hit the flop. If they then continue and you miss the flop even with a draw possibilty fold and just try to chip them away. Tough to win heads up with trying to play multiple big hands, ai seems to do better with making draws and better hands post flop.
