Export your heart rate and resting heart rate data from Apple Health and import it into Open Humans
The Center for Research & Interdisciplinarity in Paris is collaborating with the Open Humans Foundation to allow you to use your Apple Health data for your own self-research projects and collaborative citizen science projects alike.
In this first version you can export your heart rate and resting heart rate data, allowing you to explore your changes over time and correlate them with other variables through Open Humans' Personal Data Notebooks. Check out the collection of notebooks that you can use in our growing library at https://exploratory.openhumans.org/
