SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
To use the Ohio Valley Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Ohio Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Mobile deposit will not work. It keeps saying I have to endorse the check even though I have. I’ve tried taking the picture multiple times in different locations with different lighting and nothing works.

Depositing checks buggy
This app is so buggy for depositing checks. They make you write “For mobile deposit only” on the check back. Then you go to deposit it and is says you need to write the phrase on the back! It’s there in clear letters. Then once the mobile app refuses to take it you can’t deposit it with a teller because it says for mobile deposit only!!
Thank goodness I didn’t get rid of my old bank. They accept the checks just fine with no issues.
