OhmTrak is a companion app to smart OhmTrak sensor(s) built into to well-received Core360 belt. The app was designed for fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and end users educated in principles of developmental kinesiology and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization. It helps to track core activation level throughout various exercises - running, walking, bike riding, weight lifting, golfing and any other physical activity. Now you can detect and correct wrong postural reflex patterns with ease. In order to make this app work, you will need the Core360 belt version powered by the OhmTrak sensor.
The system helps to prevent back pain and sports injuries caused by muscle imbalance, it also helps to boost performance through increased oxygen intake and more efficient reflex muscle activation.
