Concept good. Missing functionality
I like the idea of the app. However, the key functions that make it useful as an app (and not just a historical record) seem to not work. After receiving email of change from thrifty to OHPark and the app I tried (8/12) to make a reservation and it indicated I must select a location but there was no data field to select for a location. Could not compete quote or reservation.
Seems like basic QA testing should have caught that.
So, I was going to call it in instead. Went to the contact us section of app. Showed map (just topo with map-pin, no address or ability to open map app from it) and all contact information was blank.
I think you pushed this out too soon, with zero testing, and half baked.
I hope my in person service after the transition from thrifty to OHPark isn't similar.
Looks good. Has key features I would want to use. They just don't work.
I wanted to make a reservation using the app prior to parking. I was prompted to give a location, yet there wasn't a place to make a location selection.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
