Every time I try to check pending payments or payment history, it kicks me out. No matter what I’m trying to see it kicks me out. Balance doesn’t update until 2 weeks later. Great company to get approval for loan but horrible app/website to take care of business

I have made 6 phone calls and 2 chats about the same issue and had one employee/agent that was smart mouth or matter of fact speaking to me rude saying I can’t cancel the membership and kept reiterating the break down on the fees until I had to hang up on him - After each of the other calls I was assured that my issue would be resolved about cancelling my membership fee as I want to do 90 days same as cash and don’t want to pay the extra $12 and change for the membership - each time I call get a different answer - example on one call asked them didn’t do the auto pay cause it was taking the membership fee out as I just cancelled it the day after I made my appliance purchase - I was assured they did cancelled the auto pay 2 days later the full amount plus the membership fee was auto drafted from my account - Had I of paid it in advance they would have charged me two times that month - now my next month payment is showing processing for the full amount plus membership fees called again and was assured they would once again handle it and call me back been three days and now I get a membership card sent to me - I can’t wait to pay this purchase off and be done with this company -
Will never use them again and definitely would not recommend them - I plan on warning anyone who will listen not to use them - beyond anxious to get this item paid off

Unfortunately, I had my refrigerator die on me! With a family of five and a refrigerator full of groceries I could not afford to let everything go bad. There was a store in my town that had scratch and dent refrigerators. I found a refrigerator with a dent that could not be seen and was told about this program in the store. I download the app and applied and was approved for $3000, the refrigerator was only 950 they give him 90 days to paid off in full without occurring interest. I just made my last payment within the 90 day period and paid off the refrigerator. The app is very easy to use and the service is helpful. I will forewarn you. The interest rate is ridiculous, if you wait past the 90 days but if you’re in a pinch and you think you can pay it off with the 90 days this app is as good as any. Now I have a beautiful refrigerator that is still brand new with a dent no one can see cause it’s in the back and a refrigerator full of groceries. Thanks!
