Broken in Safari 18.0

The extension that usually shows a list of apps in my Safari top bar now is prompting me to sign in—and no matter how many times I sign in, nor how many times I uninstall and reinstall this app, it's no longer able to show the list of apps.

I did like how convenient this was, but please fix this, this is the main reason why I have this installed!

Works as well as the Chrome extension, except for one fairly annoying quirk

I recently switched from Chrome to Safari and use the Okta extension on my work profile for SSO. This extension is functionally identical to the Chrome extension and seems to be just as reliable, but upon opening the extension in Safari the “Okta” text in the toolbar is selected instead of the search field, which means you have to hit the TAB button 3 times to search your Okta apps. This is not the case in the Chrome extension and seems like it would probably be easy to fix.

Security Nightmare - Unusable unless you grant it access to everything

As others have mentioned, every page you browse to it prompts with:

“The extension "Okta Browser Plugin" would like to access <current website>
This extension would be able to read and alter webpages and see your browsing history on this website. This could include sensitive information, including passwords, phone numbers, and credit cards.
You can change this later in the Websites section of Safari Settings.”

The only options you are presented with are: Allow for One Day, Always Allow on This Website, or Always Allow on Every Website

None of those are acceptable options.
The correct option would be “Never on any page”.

Okta does not need access to any pages I browse to especially since I don’t use it as a password manager. It’s my SSO portal that I use to get to my corporate apps.

This just screams security risks to the point that I have now uninstalled it.
