OKUPIED is a simple app for landlords to keep organized and manage their business on-the-go. It helps track expenses, payments, leases, collect rent, and receive important reminders (such as late rent and expiring leases). Financial reports help track tax write-offs and profitability.
OKUPIED is built with the individual landlord in mind and includes the following features:

Simple and too the point!
Basic, easy to navigate and not loaded up with useless options! Maybe the only improvement is to have the excel report option, fit the screen a little more to keep from having to zoom in to see the numbers... I’m old. But other than that, the customer service is quick to respond and fix issues.... Which is a Major Plus!! I will continue to use and enjoy!
Requires too much info, Not for multi-unit properties
Overall a good start, makes too many fields required fields, doesn’t support 1 property with multiple units, makes it difficult to change or update lease terms.
I wanted to try out the app, but could not get past the Add Property step because it requires you to enter addresses using location services. All that *I* need to identify a property is the nickname I use to reference it. The property’s address should not be a required field.
When adding a tenant, it required last name and an entry for Security Deposit
You can’t have multiple leases active for a property (e.g. if a property has multiple units or if you want to rent rooms in your house each unit or room must be entered as a seperate property which messes up the financial reporting).
It does not allow you to track other types of deposits (like last mont’s pre-paid rent, or a pet deposit). All deposits are classified as Security Deposits. There does not appear to be a way to add or update a deposit while the lease is active, so the app doesn’t handle lease modifications well.

This App is awesome! It is really user friendly and very convenient as it allows you to track your expenses, communicate with your tenants and most importantly keep track of my rental! I can track what has or hasn’t been paid, how much has been paid, it will notify me if I am pending items. Also, this app is free which is a HUGE plus. Glad I downloaded it!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
