This app is literally exactly what I needed! It’s set up beautifully and Jessica has videos to show you the form for every exercise you do. You can do the 3 or 5 workout per week schedules, depending on your schedule. You can also choose to do home or gym workouts and can pick the level you’re at.

The workouts aren’t too long (they average about an hour) and so are completely doable. If you can’t do the workout on the designated day, you can just do it when you’re free. The workouts don’t disappear or track you, so there is no pressure! The journal log is also such a nice touch. It really is designed to look after your physical and mental health together. I don’t know many fitness apps that do that. It’s not expensive and what you pay is absolutely worth what you get. I am in law school, so I’m busy and stressed most of the time. Despite that, I’m able to work the app’s 3 workouts per week into my schedule without any problem. I honestly could not recommend this app more!

love love love!! helped me maintain a gym routine

I was having such a hard time getting back into fitness and making healthy choices but this app has truely helped me to WANT to go to the gym. Being more active (as well as knowing what I'm doing is legitimate) has also helped me to just stay more healthy in general. I've been following Jessica on instagram for years and was so excited when she came out with this app because I knew how dedicated she was to a healthy lifestyle and I knew I could learn a lot from her, which is standing true! I would recommend this app to anyone, being able to have yoga and weight training in one app makes me feel like I'm doing the most and best I can for my body. ❤️

Keeps me on top of my fitness goals

I have purchased so many apps/ programs the past year so I can work out at home and finally at the gym, but none of them keeps me going - cos it was always one or the other. Life happens and we can’t really follow on daily, what I love about this app is the intention behind it. You can move/edit your workout schedule and you can get back on the routine. Also having the option for home and the gym was really convenient especially during these uncertain times. I am so glad I found this app, I’ve gained confidence working out at the gym again and i’m more motivated to achieve my fitness goals.
