First time ever I got a check up call from a customer care rep! I think her name is Grace. I love the app but it was difficult to phantom. I’m good now
Slow service
Ordered food and it took close to three hours for it to be delivered. Plus the price displayed on the app is higher than that of the restaurant. Delivery fee should be flexible. Why should I pay same delivery fee with someone that stays farther than me.
